Job Title: Business Development and Account Manager (UK)

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the UK market by establishing and nurturing partnerships with local bike shops and auto shops.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  1. Identify and approach potential bike and auto shops for partnership opportunities.
  2. Negotiate favorable terms for product placement and sales agreements.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase product visibility and market share.

Account Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure partner satisfaction.

Sales and Inventory Management:

  1. Monitor and analyze sales performance of our products within partner stores.
  2. Work closely with partners to manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
  3. Provide regular reports and insights to inform strategic business decisions.

Marketing and Promotion:

  1. Collaborate with partners on marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive sales.
  2. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Performance Reporting:

  1. Develop and maintain a system for tracking sales, inventory, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Prepare and present regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Familiarity with sales and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • A passion for cycling and the automotive industry is a plus.
